About the Role

This role is designed for a seasoned customer service professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, thrives in a structured environment, and is ready to grow into a sales-focused role over time.

You will work directly with the VP of Sales, supporting key accounts, managing customer relationships, and learning the full sales process from the inside out. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path into sales for the right individual.

We are looking for someone who brings maturity, consistency, professionalism, and strong follow-through—someone who understands that great service is the foundation of strong sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and account support
  • Accurately process and manage orders, ensuring a high level of detail and follow-through
  • Provide timely updates on orders, inventory, and account status
  • Support the VP of Sales with account management, follow-ups, and customer communication
  • Build strong, professional relationships with customers and partners
  • Assist with onboarding new accounts and maintaining existing relationships
  • Track customer activity, requests, and opportunities within internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, leadership) to ensure smooth execution
  • Learn and support the sales process, positioning for future growth into a sales role


What We’re Looking For

  • 7 years of professional customer service, account management, or support experience
  • Demonstrated stability in previous roles (consistent tenure preferred)
  • Strong communication skills—professional, clear, and confident
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
  • Comfort working in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Interest in growing into a sales or account management role
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and personal accountability
