What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and account support
- Accurately process and manage orders, ensuring a high level of detail and follow-through
- Provide timely updates on orders, inventory, and account status
- Support the VP of Sales with account management, follow-ups, and customer communication
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers and partners
- Assist with onboarding new accounts and maintaining existing relationships
- Track customer activity, requests, and opportunities within internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, leadership) to ensure smooth execution
- Learn and support the sales process, positioning for future growth into a sales role

- Demonstrated stability in previous roles (consistent tenure preferred)
- Strong communication skills—professional, clear, and confident
