Position Summary:

You will play a key role in generating new business, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consistent outbound activity and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, and client outreach
- Contact and review insured-billed homeowners renewal accounts to retain and expand business
- Complete and manage monthly home and commercial renewal lists
- Conduct high-volume outreach to identify coverage needs and present tailored insurance solutions
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity with a minimum of:
- - 30 outbound sales calls per day
- - 90 total weekly activities (calls, quotes, emails)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and service
- Accurately document all client interactions, quotes, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Collaborate with underwriters and internal team members to ensure efficient policy processing and excellent client experience
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Highly motivated, sales-driven mindset with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Eager to grow within a sales environment
- Understands that success in sales includes owning the full process — from prospecting and closing to handling inbound opportunities, follow-up, documentation, and client service
