What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handyman position at PTL Handyman Services LLC?
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, electrical, drywall and plumbing with the ability to handle a wide range of residential and light commercial repair and maintenance projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general carpentry, repair, and installation work
- Troubleshoot and complete minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Perform various types of drywall repairs, to paint ready completion
- Handle routine maintenance tasks efficiently and safely
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
- Work independently and manage multiple projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in skilled trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use power tools and basic hand tools safely
- Must have own tools
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Job Sites
- Good communication and organizational skills
