Pyramid Technologies, Inc. is looking for a motivated and reliable addition to our Inventory Team. The Inventory Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and assisting with inside sales activities. The Inventory Associate supports daily warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory through physical handling, counting, and basic ERP transactions. This role is responsible for ensuring material is correctly received, stored, moved, and issued, while helping keep system inventory aligned with physical inventory. This position is hands-on and works directly in the warehouse environment, supporting receiving, production, and shipping activities.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Handling & Control
● Receive, identify, and put away materials into designated inventory locations.
● Move material between warehouse and production areas as needed.
● Issue and return material to jobs based on work orders or pick lists.
Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized.
Inventory Accuracy
● Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged material.
- Support inventory reconciliation efforts by providing accurate count data.
Receiving & Documentation
● Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and receiving documents.
● Communicate shortages, overages, or damaged materials to supervision.
● Assist with staging materials for production or shipment.
ERP & Transaction Support
● Perform basic inventory transactions in the ERP system, including:
○ Receiving confirmations
○ Material moves and transfers
○ Issues and returns to jobs
● Ensure transactions are completed accurately and timely to reflect physical activity.
Warehouse Support & Safety
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
● Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
● Support other warehouse tasks as needed to meet operational demands.
Required Qualifications
● Experience working in a warehouse or inventory environment.
● Basic understanding of inventory control and material handling.
● Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience using an ERP or inventory system (M1 ERP a plus).
Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
● Experience with cycle counting or inventory audits.
Physical Requirements
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
● Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
● Regular use of warehouse equipment.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
