3rd Shift – Quality Inspector
Shift: 3rd Shift
Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: Sunday night through Friday morning
We are looking for a dependable and motivated team member to join our 3rd Shift team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, follow instructions and company procedures, maintain a strong focus on quality and safety, and work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections, dock audits, and other basic quality-related tasks.
- Ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met.
- Lead team members or processes as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Identify and help resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
- Properly wear all required PPE.
- Maintain 5S standards and organization in the work area.
- Follow all PTI procedures, policies, and work instructions.
- Participate in required semi-annual work reviews.
- Complete reports and documentation as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Must be flexible and willing to rotate to an off-shift if needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions.
- Must maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely throughout the workday.
