Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate
Location: Jeffersonville
Pay: $17/hour
Shift: 2nd shift from 3pm - 11pm
Qualifications / Skills:
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Experience in automotive shipping and receiving
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of packing slips, invoices, and processing incoming paperwork correctly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, maintain a positive attitude, and provide exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments according to instructions, routines, and standard practices
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; Associate Degree preferred
Job Duties:
- Communicate effectively with external and internal customers
- Maintain computer equipment and perform daily system backups
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
- Maintain 5S standards in the work area
- Adhere to all 5S and safety rules
- Participate in semi-annual work reviews
- Follow all ISO/IATF procedures and work instructions
- Perform all other assigned duties
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
