CSR - 2nd

Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate
Location: Jeffersonville
Pay: $17/hour
Shift: 2nd shift from 3pm - 11pm

Qualifications / Skills:

• Experience with SAP preferred
• Experience in automotive shipping and receiving
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of packing slips, invoices, and processing incoming paperwork correctly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, maintain a positive attitude, and provide exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments according to instructions, routines, and standard practices
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; Associate Degree preferred

Job Duties:

• Communicate effectively with external and internal customers
• Maintain computer equipment and perform daily system backups
• Coordinate with other departments as needed
• Maintain 5S standards in the work area
• Adhere to all 5S and safety rules
• Participate in semi-annual work reviews
• Follow all ISO/IATF procedures and work instructions
• Perform all other assigned duties

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
