We’re seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our Dallas, TX team on a temporary assignment supporting operations during a high-volume period.
Position Overview
As a Dispatcher, you’ll help manage daily delivery operations, coordinate drivers and contractors, and maintain strong relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and communication.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery operations.

Communicate with clients, drivers, and contractors.

Schedule and track deliveries to ensure on-time performance.

Resolve delivery issues and handle customer inquiries.

Maintain accurate records and performance reports.

Support recruiting and training of Independent Owner Operators.

Ensure DOT and safety compliance.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: High school diploma or 3 years of dispatching or logistics experience.

Skills: Strong communication, organization, and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).

License: Valid Driver’s License required.

Bilingual: Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
