Position Overview
The Claims & Compliance Assistant will support day-to-day claims processing, incident documentation, compliance tracking, and communication with vendors and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys administrative work, and can work independently with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Process and track delivery claims and incident reports.

Collect, review, and verify documentation for claim resolutions.

Communicate with contractors, customers, and internal teams regarding claim status.

Maintain compliance records for Last Mile drivers and contractors.

Assist with safety documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.

Support the Last Mile management team with administrative tasks.

Ensure timely updates in internal systems and databases.
What We’re Looking For

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus).

Claims, administrative, logistics, or compliance experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right candidate.
