Schedule: First Shift | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | 7 On / 7 Off Rotation

Compensation: $1,000 - $1,200 per week (Salary, depending on experience)

On-Call Stipend: $100 per day when on-call

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of trailers (dry van, flatbed, reefer, truck bodies, and specialty trailers).
• Conduct preventative maintenance and quality repairs in compliance with DOT and company standards.
• Rebuild, replace, and repair trailer components as needed.
• Read and interpret work orders; document all maintenance and repair activities.
• Perform welding and fabrication (Certified Welder preferred).
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with vendors and customers.
• Qualifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience.
• Experience installing trailer parts such as cross members, rails, flooring, lights, wiring, brakes, and valves.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Previous experience as a trailer mechanic, maintenance technician, or similar trade strongly preferred.
• Must provide your own hand tools.
• Must pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
• Proof of work authorization in the U.S. required.
