zTrip is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure efficient, on-time service across our transportation network. In this role, you will coordinate driver activity, monitor active trips, and serve as a key communication link between drivers, customers, and operations teams.

What You’ll Do as a Fleet Coordinator:
As a Fleet Coordinator, you will:
- Assign drivers based on trip demand, schedules, and availability
- Monitor active trips and respond quickly to delays, route changes, or service issues
- Communicate schedule updates, dispatch instructions, and operational information to drivers
- Assist customers with questions and service concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, trip records, and operational documentation
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to improve efficiency and service quality
What We’re Looking for as a Fleet Coordinator:
- Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, or fleet operations preferred
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dispatch systems or scheduling software is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required

Tuesday–Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
