Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates for post-tensioning projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop cost-effective solutions and optimize project designs.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Utilize Auto CAD for drafting and reviewing structural and architectural designs.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD is required.
- Strong math skills and excellent computer proficiency.
- Experience with concrete structures, including post-tensioning, shear rails, and barrier cable, is a plus.
- Structural or architectural drafting experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
