PTE Golf is seeking to hire 1 new Account Manager to handle orders and generate new business in-house. We have been in the industry for 21 years as a golf manufacturing company selling business to business to country clubs and golf courses around the world with our products that we manufacture here in Winter Park, FL.
Description:
- Manage existing accounts
- Generate new business accounts via inbound and outbound phone calls and other methods to existing customers and potential customers
- Meet revenue goals for the company based on the previous year
- Handle client relations for customer service issues
- Attend events in person such as Trade Shows (2-5 shows a year)
- Self motivated to meet sales goals.
- Additional duties as assigned
Job Skill Requirements:
- Fluent in typing (50 Words per minute minimum)
- Fluent in Windows, Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM software
- Experience in Sales and Account Management
- Previous successful phone sales experience
- Ability to work flexibly in a small company and a team environment.
- BA in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance preferred.
- High energy with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills and takes initiative without instruction
- Able to fly, rent a car, stay in hotels, and setup trade shows alone or with the team
Salary is $40,000 and 5% commission brings you up to at least $50k the first year with no commission cap. Most Account Managers earn $75k after year 1.
