Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective candidates, providing information about available manufacturing and warehouse roles
- Assist applicants in understanding job duties related to factory work, assembly lines, and warehouse tasks
- Conduct brief on-site interviews or assessments as needed to evaluate mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills
- Guide candidates through the application process and next steps for employment
- Promote safety awareness and highlight the importance of proper use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment
- Support event organization by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees
- Collect candidate information for follow-up and coordinate with hiring managers post-event
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or jantorial preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with cleaning products
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
