What You’ll Do
You will play an important role in each patient’s care journey by:
- Greeting patients and creating a welcoming, professional environment
- Answering phones and helping patients schedule appointments
- Checking patients in/out and assisting with paperwork
- Collecting payments and managing basic front office tasks
- Supporting therapists by helping keep schedules organized and on track
