Logistics Coordinator
A key role in coordinating with product vendors, clients, carriers, account managers, and third-party teams to ensure physical therapy equipment is delivered accurately and on time, via email, chat, and phone.

What You’ll Do
This role is the communication hub for every clinic installation. Working within our Google suite - you're the person vendors, carriers, and customers count on to keep them informed and on schedule. Day to day, you'll manage vendor and customer communications by phone, email, and chat from order through post-install follow-up, coordinate installation schedules and timelines with account managers and installers, and troubleshoot delivery issues, backorders, and missing goods until they're resolved. You'll also maintain accurate tracking in Google Sheets and gather freight quotes as needed to support installs. Working closely with operations leadership, you'll help ensure every clinic installation is completed on time and meets the standard our enterprise clients expect.

Responsibilities:
- Daily data-entry of tracking & shipping information for all new clinic POs
- Coordinate freight & delivery logistics and quoting for new and small clinic installs
- Manage install timelines, dependencies, and task tracking
- Follow up on missing goods, delivery issues, and backorders
- Partner with installers, vendors, and customers on schedules and expectations
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting in Sheets/Excel
- Schedule regional installs and support operational planning
- Assist in process improvement, including workflow management
- Have a strong understanding of e-fulfillment roles to assist when needed
1 - 2 Years of Required Experience
- Freight quoting and BOL creation
- Proven coordination experience (logistics, operations, or project coordination)
- Proficient with Google Sheets or Excel, and basic computer systems
- Proven customer support

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
