Job Overview


The Content Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of digital content creation, publication, and performance optimization. This role ensures that all content is delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering engaging and high-quality content experiences.


Key Responsibilities


Coordinate, plan, and execute content publishing schedules across multiple platforms (website, app, social media, email, etc.).


Manage the workflow between content creation, editing, localization, and publishing teams.


Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and platform requirements.


Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to deliver consistent and impactful messaging.


Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights.


Identify opportunities to improve content processes, workflow efficiency, and user engagement.


Maintain content databases, asset libraries, and tagging systems to support scalability and content discoverability.


Support campaign execution by coordinating timely delivery of creative assets and materials.


Stay updated on digital content trends, tools, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.


2 years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, or content management.


Strong understanding of CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Contentful) and digital publishing workflows.


Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console), and social media management platforms.


Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.


Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).


  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
