Hospital/Clinic Address: 2001 W 86th St. Indianapolis, IN
PRN Shift Requirements
- 6 weekend shifts per quarter
- 1 holiday per year (involves 3 related holiday days, typically the holiday the surrounding weekend)
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care
- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)
- Graduate of a CAA approved Speech-Language Pathology program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology
- Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Basic Life Support certification
PRN Pay Rate (weekday): $50/hr
