PT Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Smyrna, GA. This position will float between our Smyrna clinic and our Jonquil clinic, offering a great opportunity to work with two strong teams and diverse patient populations.

Your Role:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy and targeted exercise interventions.
- Collaborate with PTs and PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic medical records system.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- Current state licensure (or eligible)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team oriented with a collaborative mindset
🕒 Clinic Hours:Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PMFriday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💲 Base Salary: $80,000 – $105,000/year monthly incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients/day
🎉 Now offering sign-on bonuses up to $30,000 in select locations!
(Pay range accounts for experience, credentials, and geographic market with room for growth.)
