About the Role: As the PT Director, you will oversee clinic operations, manage a team of talented therapists, and ensure the highest standards of patient care. You will work directly with a diverse caseload, including vestibular, neurologic, and orthopedic patients, while also helping to guide and mentor your team in these specialties. Candidates with experience in vestibular and orthopedic care are preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the clinic
- Oversee and mentor a team of physical therapists and support staff
- Provide direct patient care, specializing in vestibular, neurologic, and orthopedic rehabilitation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
