PT Progression is looking for an experienced physical therapist who wants to spend more time treating, build meaningful relationships with clients, and work beyond the limitations of a traditional high-volume clinic.
We are an established out-of-network physical therapy and performance practice located on the Natick/Wellesley line. Our model is built around one-on-one care, clinical autonomy, and helping motivated clients move from rehabilitation into long-term strength and performance.

Compensation and benefits:
• $100k to $140K for the right fit, with a base plus performance-based growth as your caseload builds.

Who we’re looking for:
• Massachusetts-licensed physical therapist or someone eligible for licensure
• At least three years of orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Interest in strength training, performance, and treating the whole person rather than just the diagnosis
• Someone who takes ownership, welcomes feedback, and wants to contribute to the continued growth of the practice
• Cash-based or out-of-network experience is helpful, but not required
This is a full-time, in-person position in Natick, Massachusetts.
This role is best suited for a clinician who wants more autonomy, more professional upside, and the time and resources to deliver exceptional care.
