- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and home exercises.

- Mentor, schedule, and direct clinical education for PT students and interns.
- Drive clinic growth through community networking, patient retention, and practice initiatives.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in Connecticut.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor towards patients.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
