Position Summary
As an Interventional Radiologist, you will provide high-quality diagnostic and interventional radiology services, performing a wide range of procedures that improve and save lives. This role demands clinical expertise, adherence to healthcare standards, and a strong commitment to patient wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures, including vascular and non-vascular interventions.

Interpret imaging studies and provide consultative support to other medical providers.

Manage patient care before, during, and after procedures.

Participate in patient safety, quality improvement, and compliance initiatives.

Document services in accordance with medical record standards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.

Maintain professional competency through continuing medical education (CME).
Required Qualifications

Education & Training: MD or DO from an accredited institution.

Licensure: Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or D.C.

Board Certification: American Board of Radiology (ABR) in Interventional Radiology.

Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS required.

DEA Registration: Valid and current DEA certificate.

NPI: Required at application.

Credentialing/Privileging: Ability to obtain and maintain privileges per applicable directives.

Immunizations & Health Clearance: Documentation of TB, MMR, and Varicella immunity prior to start.

Training Compliance: Willingness to complete mandated training, including Privacy/HIPAA, Moderate Sedation, ACLS/BLS recertification, and other continuing education annually.
Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in interventional radiology.

Contract Requirements

Full-time (40 hours/week) availability.
