We are known for providing the highest quality individualized care for our patients. Psynergy is looking to add a highly skilled therapist passionate about helping patients achieve their goals. This therapist will apply the theory and practice of interpersonal, intrapsychic, and social pathology to their clients. The therapist may use a variety of direct or non-direct approaches to facilitate client recovery. The incumbent maintains familiarity with a variety of treatment modalities and utilizes them differentially to enable clients to achieve specific case plans and casework goals by performing the following duties.

- Top-notch verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extremely motivated and reliable: Each day in the clinic, you showcase a desire to connect with people with a positive, approachable attitude.
- You care about Patient Satisfaction & Outcomes: Ensure that each patient leaves feeling happy and healthy with the ability to exceed their functional goals.
- Your one-plus years of experience working in a mental health setting as a licensed clinician with Electronic Medical Records experience is preferred.
- A Master of Social Work degree (MSW) or Master of Psychology or Counseling degree (MA/MS), or Associate degree in Social Work (ASW).
