Clinical supervision emphasizes in vivo and observation methods. Experience implementing behavior therapy/exposure and transdiagnostic approaches (CBT, Unified Protocol, ACT, DBT). Requirements: PhD in psychology or closely related field. Licensed or license-eligible in Iowa. Promise of teaching and mentorship. Leadership potential.
