PsycTalent is a niche BCBA recruiting agency. We’re looking for outbound-first sourcers/recruiters who can find BCBAs, start conversations, and get screening calls on the calendar. We'll handle all candidate interviews and client communications, you just need to find candidates and get them scheduled for calls.
Who Is a Fit

What You'll Do
- Source BCBAs for our open roles
- Get them schedule on our recruiter's calendar
- Get paid!
How You'll Do It
- Direct outreach to BCBAs (LinkedIn, other social media)
- Use your own recruiting tools & skills (we'll give you messaging templates)
- Book candidates onto recruiter's calendar via scheduling link
What You'll Get Paid (1099)
- $100 per qualified interview you schedule
- $2,000 per candidate hired
- Semi-monthly payouts
Example (good month)
- You schedule 20 qualified candidate interviews and 4 of those candidates get hired
- 20 interviews x $100 = $2,000
- 4 hires x $2,000 = $8,000
- Total = $10,000
Schedule
- Work as much as you want (part-time or full-time)
- Work whenever you want (any hours of the day)
