PsychPlus is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to join our team in Portland, OR. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys combining direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision.
Role Overview:
- 70% clinical / 30% administrative responsibilities.
- Maintain an active caseload of approximately 28–30 patients per week.
- Supervise and support up to 10 associate clinicians.
- Conduct clinician interviews and support team development.
- Help strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care.
Requirements:
✔ Fully licensed clinician eligible to provide supervision in Oregon
✔ Strong clinical and leadership experience
✔ Passion for mentorship and team growth
