Position Summary
The Senior Vice President of Human Resources will serve as a strategic executive partner to the leadership team, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, compensation and benefits, compliance, performance management, and leadership development. This individual will play a key role in supporting the company's continued expansion and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and mentor the Human Resources team across all functional areas.
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational design.
- Build and implement scalable HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Oversee executive recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare regulations.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Manage compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations programs.
- Develop HR metrics and reporting to support executive decision-making.
- Foster a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience leading HR functions for rapidly growing, multi-state organizations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, compensation strategy, and organizational development.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive-level influencing skills.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or high-growth healthcare environments is highly preferred.
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including experience leading HR strategy and teams.
- Required: Experience in a healthcare organization, healthcare services company, physician/provider management organization (MSO), provider management company, or hospital/health system.
- Proven experience supporting a multi-site or rapidly growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, HR compliance, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.

Compensation & Perks
Annual Salary: $150,000–$200,000, based on experience and qualifications.
