PsychPlus is looking for a strategic, growth-minded marketing leader to help shape our brand, expand our reach, and drive patient acquisition and engagement.

What You’ll Lead

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Strengthen brand positioning and lead digital marketing, advertising, and market expansion initiatives.
• Drive patient acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven campaigns.
• Oversee marketing budgets, campaign performance, and return on investment.
• Identify growth opportunities through market research, patient demographics, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, operations, and business development to achieve organizational goals.
• Build and lead high-performing marketing teams while managing external agency partnerships.
• Ensure marketing initiatives align with healthcare advertising regulations and patient privacy requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Healthcare industry experience is required.
• Proven experience in senior marketing leadership, such as CMO, VP of Marketing, Marketing Director, or a comparable role.
• A track record of developing marketing strategies that deliver measurable business growth.
• Experience in digital marketing, brand management, patient acquisition, and performance analytics.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and budget management skills.
• Must currently reside in Houston, Texas.
