Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried
Salary: $61,000 – $69,000 annually
About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated PHP Therapist to join our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This role offers a structured, weekday-only schedule within a collaborative clinical environment focused on delivering high-quality care to adolescents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging group therapy sessions for adolescents
- Provide individual therapy as needed
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Facilitate family sessions and coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and nurses
Qualifications
- Active Ohio license: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with adolescents (required)
- PHP, IOP, or inpatient experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
