We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Dual-Certified PMHNP/FNPs, FNPs, and Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to join our inpatient behavioral health team in Merrillville, IN.
Dual-Certified PMHNP/FNPs will provide psychiatric and medical care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, ongoing care, and H&P examinations. Providers will see psychiatric patients daily and address medical needs at admission and as needed throughout the stay.
PA-Cs may apply if comfortable managing both psychiatric and medical care, including psychiatric care and H&P examinations. Providers will see psychiatric patients daily and address medical needs at admission and as needed throughout the stay.
Required Qualifications
- PMHNP/FNP dual certification, FNP, or PA-C
- Active Indiana (IN) license
- Active DEA license
