POSITION SUMMARY
Psychotherapeutic Services is looking for facility based, Community Living Shift Leader for the 1PM-9PM shift.
The Community Living Shift Leader's goal is to:
- increase persons’ capacity for independent community living through the establishment of rapport with persons, role-modeling, teaching, and the provision of activities and learning experiences
- serve as first line supervisor for Community Living Specialists and less experienced workers and may perform direct care tasks
- EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Human Services, or related field and one (1) year related experience;
- or Bachelor's degree in any field with two (2) years related experience; or Associates degree in Human Services or related field with three (3) years direct care or comparable experience;
- or Associates degree in any field with (4) years direct care or comparable experience;
- or a High School diploma/GED with 5 years direct care or comparable experience with two (2) years of prior supervisory experience.
- All will have completed company Basic Life Skills Rehabilitation Training Course or equivalent training/ experience.
Med tech certification is a plus
