PsychologyWorks PLLC is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and authentic clinician to join our team of doctoral-level psychologists and LPC/LCSW therapists. While we welcome applications from Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), our primary need is for a Licensed Psychologist (LP) or Licensed Psychological Examiner (LPE) who can provide psychological assessment and testing services for older adolescents and adults.

We are especially interested in clinicians who enjoy conducting evaluations for ADHD, Autism, learning differences, and diagnostic clarification, while also maintaining a therapy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for older adolescents and adults.
• Administer, score, interpret, and write comprehensive psychological assessment reports.
• Perform ADHD, Autism, learning disorder, and diagnostic clarification evaluations.
• Provide feedback sessions and treatment recommendations.
• Offer psychotherapy services based on experience, interest, and availability.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and referral sources to support high-quality client care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist (LP) or Licensed Psychological Examiner (LPE-I) in Arkansas.
• Experience conducting psychological assessments and writing integrated reports.
• Strong diagnostic interviewing and clinical assessment skills.
• Experience or interest in working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults.
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming and client-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and not "license-eligible or provisionally licensed"

Additional Consideration Given To

• LCSWs and LPCs with substantial therapy experience to fill in our needs for therapy.
• Clinicians with expertise in ADHD, Autism, learning disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, biofeedback, LGBTQIA or identity-related concerns.
