We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Retail Salesperson to join our team. Duties
- Assist customers in selecting products by understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays and organized shelves
- Perform cashier duties with professionalism, including handling returns and exchanges
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, phone etiquette, and active listening
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management
- Support store organization by managing time efficiently and ensuring the sales floor remains tidy
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) is essential
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about technical features
- Excellent organizational skills with time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers
