Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming patient calls regarding medication inquiries.
- Educate patients on proper medication use, side effects, and refills.
- Coordinate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to resolve issues.
- Keep accurate records of all patient interactions.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay updated.
