Job Overview:
The Transformation Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Lead Clinical Therapists to join our growing team. We are hiring for **full-time, part-time** position, with opportunities to work with adult clients. Our team provides services Monday through Saturday, with some evening hours available in the future.
As a Lead Clinical Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to a diverse caseload, including individuals and families facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, trauma, eating disorders, and family conflict. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team dedicated to holistic client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatments.
- Conduct intake evaluations and assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, contributing to case conceptualization and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with community professionals and agencies to ensure continuity of care.
- Engage in clinical supervision and seek feedback to enhance professional practice.
- Assist with milieu management and other clinical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensure/Certifications: LMSW, LCSW, LPC-MHSP
- Experience: At least one year of clinical experience preferred, with two years being ideal.
- Skills & Abilities: Strong assessment, therapy, and counseling skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and work within a fast-paced environment.
