The right candidate would be responsible for building rapport with the clients and staff as appropriate, provide medication management support and work with our clinical staff to ensure the best possible care. We work with a vulnerable population and are seeking the right candidate to support our community.

Education & Experience
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in identified state(s)
