This role joins a growing, committed team of professionals doing meaningful work with adolescents in a partial and full-day treatment program. Passion for adolescent population is a must! The focus is on strong clinical care, clear expectations, and building a sustainable program.
The Clinical Director oversees all clinical services within an adolescent mental health and co-occurring outpatient program. Responsibilities include supervising therapists and interns, overseeing clinical programming, reviewing treatment plans and clinical documentation, and supporting admissions, discharges, and client transitions.
The Clinical Director works closely with leadership and operations to ensure consistent, ethical, and effective care delivery. Required to carry a small caseload, assist in crisis interventions, and provide support for concerns from parents and caregivers.
Compensation:
$130,000 to $150,000 annually, based on experience.
Schedule:
Full-time Mon-Fri. On-call responsibilities included.
Setting:
Adolescent outpatient and intensive outpatient mental health program.
