Role Description This full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker role is a hybrid position based in Pembroke Pines, FL, with a combination of on-site work and approved work-from-home activities. The LCSW will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy, conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, and develop person-centered treatment plans for clients with diverse mental and behavioral health needs. Daily responsibilities include coordinating care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and counselors, monitoring client progress, and adjusting interventions as clinically indicated. The LCSW will offer crisis intervention, resource referral, and case management services, while maintaining accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards. The role also involves engaging families and support networks, contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings, and participating in quality improvement and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Social Work and Medical Social Work, with experience providing clinical services in mental or behavioral health settings.
• Proficiency in Case Management, including care coordination, resource linkage, and advocacy for clients and families.
• Knowledge and practice experience in Mental Health, including assessment, diagnosis support, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Understanding of Behavioral Health, including treatment of mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and disruptive behavior disorders.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida, or eligibility for licensure within a specified timeframe.
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
• Comfort with electronic health records and basic technology used in hybrid and telehealth service delivery.
