Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, located in Pembroke Pines, FL. The individual in this role will conduct behavioral assessments, implement evidence-based interventions, and monitor and report progress. They will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals for effective behavior management programs. The role also includes training and supporting parents and caregivers to ensure consistency and success in implementing strategies for behavior improvement.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Experience in implementing Behavior Management strategies and solutions
- Skills in Parent Education and support to ensure consistency in behavior plans
- Strong background in Psychology and understanding mental health best practices
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams
- A master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in developing and overseeing individualized care and intervention plans
