What You’ll Be Doing
This role is based at our Tucson showroom, where you’ll:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with current Trade Pro members and their clients
- Hunt for new business—prospecting and cold calling to grow your territory
- Get to know your customers’ businesses, goals, and projects so you can offer real solutions
- Deliver an awesome, high-touch customer experience every time
- Stay sharp on products, trends, and industry insights (we’ve got great training to help you)
- Keep your pipeline organized and up-to-date in our CRM
- Collaborate with an awesome showroom team
- Bring the energy, stay motivated, and hit (or beat!) your goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (phone, in-person, and written)
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- A natural relationship-builder with great people skills
Experience in flooring or design sales is a plus—but not required. If you’ve got the drive, we’ll give you the tools and training to succeed.
