In-home Caregiver - Personal Support Worker (PSW) attendant care working within a clean, organized, professional household, retired teacher, and no drama family.

This one-on-one in-home client "Levi" has an Exceptional rating for in-home attendant care and support:
(ON CALL FILL IN) open shifts when some is out sick or off work. I am looking for someone with some availability to be trained to cover some (ON CALL FILL IN) day shifts 6:45 AM to 3:45 PM and swing shifts 4 PM to 8 or 9 PM. Often (FILL IN SHIFTS) are schedule with advanced notice when others caregivers are taking time off scheduled in advance.
Open shift: Overnight/Graveyard Sat 8 PM to Sun 6:45 AM the newly hired fill in person will require training on all shifts and must be willing to working fill-in to build a trusting relationship, and bond with Levi prior to being schedule for overnights.
Clean, organized, professional household, retired teacher, no drama single parent family, seeking a female caregiver for Levi who is 31 years old and has cerebral palsy. He has a great sense of humor and enjoys watching sports and NASCAR. He is around 97 pounds and has a manual wheelchair.
Household has a ceiling track lifting system, so no physical lifting is required during any transfers or showering.
Levi requires full support to meet all of his daily needs, showering, dressing, g-tube feeding (venting and residual checks), brief changes, and bowel care, skin care, suctioning, airway clearance vest, nebulizer, medication management, monitoring vital signs, night time oxygen, monitoring for seizures, baclofen pump, choking, nurse delegated health protocols, and willing to administer rectal diastat in the event of a grand mal seizure.
Looking for a highly experienced female caregiver (with 3 yrs of caregiving experience or CNA) that has a desire to be a long-term part of Levi's dedicated in-home care TEAM (of 16, 14, 13, 4, & 2 years).
Experience and willingness to be trained to work with a person with disabilities, follow medical protocols, and have current First Aid/CPR training. Must be dependable, responsible, mature, and able to listen and follow set procedures. Willing to follow work place illness policy and not report to work when you are sick or when illness is present within your household.

Due to the client's high risk of illnesses all caregivers are currently wearing face masks during their shift. Non-smoking/vaping household /drug-free work place.
Start at 20.00 per hour, then Fast Track to higher pay up to 24.25 and excellent benefits. The State Personal Support Worker base rate of pay is currently 20.00 per hour. Within months you will receive pay increases if you have or complete the additional training, from the Oregon Home Care Commission OHCC, Enhanced training (24 hrs) certificate up to 21.00 per hour and Exceptional (12 hrs online) training certificate up to 23.00 per hour, (pay increase in Jan of 2026 per SEIU contact increase of 1.25 per hour (up to 24.25); plus, additional Jan 2027 pay increase of 1.75 per hour (up to 26.00). Plus, an additional extra 1.00 per hour step increase for every 2000 hrs worked. Also, must be willing to obtain and maintain first aid CPR card and Oregon intervention system certification every two years.
Excellent benefits SEIU/Carewell PSW, paid time off (earn up to 48 hours annually) and 100% coverage of monthly premiums for medical insurance, dental, & vision available after 3 months for individual PSW's working over 40 hours per month, across 2 full months. Also, an Oregon Saves retirement plan.
A phone interview will be scheduled for qualified applicants, and then only potential applicants will be selected for a meet and greet with Levi and me, (his designated employer representative) at his home. Then the selected hired applicant must clear background check prior to employment, complete Community Living Case Management employment packet, obtain a PSW provider number, and complete Public Partnership LLC payroll packet. After full approval then on the job training will be provided with the client.
