About the Role

As an Inside Sales, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting our customers by generating accurate quotes, managing sales orders, and ensuring timely sourcing and delivery of products. You’ll partner with outside sales to expand relationships, grow our customer base, and deliver excellent service. What You’ll Do
- Generate accurate quotes for bills of material and provide them to customers.
- Convert quotes into sales orders in the ERP system and follow through to shipment and delivery.
- Partner with outside sales to build new customer relationships and expand product offerings with existing customers.
- Source products and materials to meet customer needs, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers, using PVF industry terminology and knowledge.
- Support operational excellence and contribute to regional performance goals tied to operational incentive programs.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Proven background in pipe, valves, and fittings (PVF).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- ERP system experience for order processing and management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in quoting and data entry.
- Strong communication skills with ability to use industry lingo confidently.
- 1–2 years of inside sales experience is a plus.
