PSR Associates is immediately seeking a Technology Project Coordinator to join our team providing support to our client.
Client: Hospitality Industry
Term: On-going contract
Location: Hybrid; 3 days onsite each week in Downtown Chicago.
Summary:
The Technology Project Coordinator supports the delivery of technology initiatives by tracking project progress and maintaining up-to-date status reporting across all workstreams. This role works closely with workstream leads to gather updates, identify dependencies, and flag risks or blockers that require attention.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for preparing and distributing regular status reports and dashboards that keep stakeholders and leadership informed of project health. They help maintain project plans, action logs, and meeting documentation to ensure accountability and continuity across the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather status updates from workstream leads and stakeholders
- Review JIRA Epics and Stories for blockers and issues
- Create weekly status reports in PowerPoint
- Help workstream leads resolve blockers
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator
- JIRA experience
- Good communication skills
- Cloud or software development project experience
Preferred Experience
- Google Cloud
