What We're Looking For
As a Grill, Fry, and Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires flexibility, speed, and precision, especially during peak concert times.
Responsibilities: stations vary/rotate per shift.
- Grill Cook: Grill various meats, vegetables, and other food items as per the menu specifications. Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively.
- Fry Cook. Operate fryers safely and efficiently to prepare fried foods such as fries, chicken tenders, and other menu items. Monitor oil temperature and quality.
- Prep Cook: Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning as per recipes. Assist in the preparation of salads, appetizers, and other dishes.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and adheres to health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and follow instructions from the head chef or kitchen manager.
- Monitor inventory and report any shortages or equipment issues.
- Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards.
- Active Food Handler's Card
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak times
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during concert events
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Pay: $22/hour
