District Manager Job Description: Popeyes

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple locations for our Popeyes restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the operation of multiple Popeyes locations within a designated district.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and improve operational efficiency.

• Hire, train, and supervise store managers and other team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.

• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and brand standards.

• Work closely with franchise owners and corporate management to develop marketing initiatives, promotions, and menu updates.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Implement training programs and initiatives to foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and develop employees' skills and capabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, human resources, and finance, to achieve business objectives.

• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to inform decision-making and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.

• 5 years of management experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of success in a multi-unit leadership role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and compliance requirements.

• Familiarity with restaurant operations, inventory management, and POS systems.

• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
