Our Corporate Communications Team has an opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the development of impactful visual communications across the firm. What You'll Do
As a Graphic Designer, you will support a variety of internal and external communication efforts, creating visually engaging and effective materials while helping strengthen and evolve the Psomas brand.
- Design and produce a variety of branded materials including presentations, proposal graphics, brochures, social media assets, infographics, digital content, and event materials.
- Use AI-enabled creative tools and emerging technology to support workflows, develop ideas, and improve production efficiency while maintaining design quality and brand consistency.
- Maintain consistency across all branded materials while helping evolve and strengthen the visual identity of the firm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
- Minimum 2 years of experience designing for both print and digital formats
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout design, presentations, marketing materials, and digital content
- Strong visual design fundamentals including typography, layout, and composition
- Experience within the AEC industry and/or proposal and business development materials is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools and emerging creative technologies preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Range: $25.00-$35.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
