รายละเอียดของงาน

• รับ Brief งานความต้องการของลูกค้า ประสานงาน ติดตามงาน ทำสรุปรายงาน รักษาความสัมพันธ์ของลูกค้า
• รับผิดชอบยอดขายให้ได้ตามเป้า มองหาโอกาสใหม่ๆในการขยายฐานลูกค้า
• เก็บรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลลูกค้า จัดทำ CRM แผนโปรโมชั่นและกิจกรรมต่างๆ
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Digital Marketing ในการวางแผนกลยุทธ์การตลาดและทำ Presentation เพื่อนำเสนองาน ให้กับลูกค้า
• เป็นตัวกลางเจรจาและแก้ไขข้อขัดแย้งระหว่างลูกค้าและทีมในบริษัท เพื่อให้เกิดความพอใจสูงสุดทั้งสองฝ่าย
• ทํางานร่วมกับลูกค้าเพื่อช่วยลูกค้าแก้ไขปัญหาด้วยบริการและผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท
• สามารถแนะนําการปรับปรุงที่สามารถช่วยเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับบริการและผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท
  
  

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• อายุระหว่าง 23 – 30 ปี
• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการด้านการขาย 1 ปี มีทักษะในการประสานงาน
• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ นำเสนอข้อมูล และการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
• มีความเข้าใจในสื่อออนไลน์ เช่น Facebook, Line, Twitter, YouTube และอื่นๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และมีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองเป็นอย่างดี
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ขยัน และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
• มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ และทัศนคติเชิงบวก
• สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้เป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐานได้
• ทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ 10.00 – 20.00 น.
