What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing initiatives that drive attendance, engagement, and brand visibility across PSMJ’s portfolio of products, events, and services. As a part of our growing marketing team, you’ll support:
- Developing, scheduling, and deploying print, email, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Writing and editing marketing copy, including landing pages, promotional emails, and social posts.
- Producing marketing assets to support campaigns and other marketing efforts.
- Assisting with list segmentation, lead nurturing, and CRM updates.
- Monitoring campaign performance and compiling monthly marketing metrics.
- Contributing in other marketing tasks as needed.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with email marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning new skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Expected compensation for this role is $55,000-$65,000
