As the Snowsports Assistant Manager, you’re part coach, part problem-solver, and part mountain magic-maker. You’ll help run the daily operations of the Snowsports School, mentor instructors, create unforgettable guest experiences, and keep the stoke high for both your team and our guests.
You’ll lead with passion, laugh often, and make sure every lesson — from the first turn to the final high-five — feels like the best day ever.
What You’ll Do

Be the right hand to the Snowsports Manager — helping lead daily operations and ensuring every run, lesson, and guest interaction goes smoothly.
Inspire and support instructors to deliver lessons that are safe, effective, and full of fun.
Lead with the philosophies of the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) and the American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI) — excellence with a smile.
Build and maintain staff schedules, oversee payroll, and coordinate programs like a pro.
Keep communication flowing between the Snowsports Desk, Rental Shop, and Guest Services — teamwork is your superpower.
Help design and deliver on-snow training sessions and clinics that elevate skills and confidence.
Jump in and teach lessons when needed — because you still love the snow as much as your students.
Address guest questions or concerns with empathy and enthusiasm.
Help track progress, provide feedback, and celebrate wins with your team.

Qualifications
5 years of snowsports instruction or management experience.
PSIA or AASI Level II Certification (in good standing).
Children’s Specialist 1 (CS1) certification .
Previous Supervisory Or Assistant Management Experience Required.
Physical Requirements
You’ll be moving — a lot. Standing, skiing, walking, lifting, shoveling, helping little shredders gear up, and keeping the slopes safe. You’ll need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outside in all weather. Reasonable accommodations will be made as needed.
