Summary
The Ski & Snowboard Instructor role provides direct ski or snowboarding instruction to guests in various formats (group, 1-on-1) and terrains. The Ski & Snowboard instructor participates in teambuilding and skill building exercises and actively maintains and/or improves their instructing credentials.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)
Provide friendly and welcoming service to guests of all ages and skill levels
Delivering high-quality, professional instruction to guests
Responsible for the safety and learning of students in lessons
Actively utilize WhenToWork scheduling app to stay aware of schedule and maintain good attendance
Be aware of and follow all resort and department policies/procedures
Ability to work outdoors in the winter mountain environment
Active participation in trainings throughout the season (ongoing, in-house, PSIA/AASI)
Opportunity to support other departments may be available
